All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping availability will be announced separately.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days
- Other cities & towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Cure Strength is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
