Refund policy

At Cure Strength, your health and satisfaction matter to us. Due to the nature of vitamins and dietary supplements, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and integrity.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Expired Product — You received a product that was expired at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong Item Sent — We shipped an incorrect product that does not match your order.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Incorrect purchase by the customer
  • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the product showing the issue (expiry date or wrong item)
  3. A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
